Web Solutions for Organic Farm

Al Courchene from Frog Hollow Farms in the Northern California town of Brentwood asked me to consult as a team leader for their new web project.

I compiled their first comprehensive spreadsheet which included all product data: skus, price, description and associated images, to dimensional weight and product-specific shipping classifications for overnight, dry-ice, and regular shipping.

Project also included development of shipping criteria, e-commerce solutions consulting, and custom programming.

As project manager, I coordinated with content writers, the public relations firm, a commercial photographer, graphic designers, and software programmers to build a website using the Magento open source platform.

This project was terminated a few weeks before launch due to external situations.

CSS and xHTML code written from the ground-up. Our programmer wrote a ship xml for Magento that intergrated with QuickBooks and another that would automatically output PDF shipping invoices and labels ready for UPS.
